These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of services provided by Stegmeier Pressure Washing (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By scheduling or receiving our services, you agree to the following:
1. Services Provided
We offer residential and commercial pressure washing, soft washing, gutter cleaning, and related exterior cleaning services. Service details, scheduling, and pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking.
2. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure safe access to the property and work areas.
- Remove personal belongings or fragile items from cleaning areas.
- Notify us of any pre-existing issues with surfaces or structures.
3. Payments
Payment terms will be agreed upon before services are performed. Full payment is due upon completion unless otherwise arranged. We reserve the right to withhold services or charge late fees for overdue payments.
4. Service Limitations
While we use professional equipment and eco-friendly methods, results may vary depending on the condition of surfaces. We are not liable for damage caused by:
- Pre-existing cracks, loose paint, or weak surfaces.
- Improper maintenance prior to service.
- Natural wear and tear.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that schedules may change. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments without notice may incur a service fee.
6. Liability
Our team is trained to deliver safe, quality service. However, Stegmeier Pressure Washing is not responsible for indirect or incidental damages beyond the scope of the agreed work.
7. Changes to Agreement
We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any updates.
